Manifesto

We believe that a well-informed and heard shareholder is a listed company's best ally. Capcordia is where this conviction takes shape.

I.
Context

Why Capcordia

Existing investor forums are noisy, short-term focused, and often perceived as hostile by management. Official financial communications, on the other hand, are one-way. A third space is missing: rigorous on facts, respectful of companies, useful to shareholders.

II.
Posture

Our posture

We are not an activist fund. We are not trying to impose a vision. We offer common ground — that of an informed shareholder base that understands, questions, and engages. Without aggression, without complacency.

III.
Method

Our method

  • 01Prefer sourced facts over opinion.
  • 02Clearly separate investment thesis, working hypothesis, and personal conviction.
  • 03Document the calendar, governance and corporate operations without hasty interpretation.
  • 04Open dialogue with companies, their teams, and their long-term shareholders.
IV.
Ambition

Our ambition

To become the reference for engaged retail shareholders on specific files. Not a mass media, not a speculative forum: a circle of quality.
